MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Cranberry Orange Spread Categories: Yield: 12 Servings 1 c Sugar 1/2 c Water 12 oz Cranberries 1/2 c Orange juice 1 Orange; peeled and cut into .. bite-sized pieces Finely diced 1/2" square of .. orange peel Boil sugar and water together 5 minutes. Add cranberries and boil gently without stirring about 3 minutes. Add orange juice, orange pieces and orange peel pieces. Continue boiling until all cranberry skins pop open. Remove from heat and cool in the saucepan. Yields 3 cups or 12 to 16 servings. MMMMM
