Description: Made with cream cheese and pecans on banana bread.
1 small loaf banana bread, thinly sliced 1 package ( 3 ounces) cream cheese, softened Garnish of choice; pecans, shaved or chopped Slice banana bread very thinly. Have cream cheese at room temperature until softened or place in microwave for a few seconds until workable. Place in small bowl softened cream cheese and add 1-2 teaspoons milk. Add shaved pecans to mixture, Mix all well until spread consistency. Spread on thin slices of banana bread. Cut into small squares or tea sandwich size. Garnish as desired.
