Millet Casserole Recipe from CDKitchen.com | (I use shiitake--they have a lot of flavor) , grated (another natural foods store find) Cube tofu and put in a small zip-lock plastic bag. Add soy sauce. Seal bag and marinate tofu in soy sauce while you prepare the rest of the dish. Flip over the bag from time to time to marinate the tofu well.
