Brussel Sprout Casserole - Recipe - Cooks.com 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Green Giant frozen rice pilaf 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Green Giant brussel sprouts, frozen in butter 1 (10 oz.) cream of celery soup Slip rice and brussel sprouts into boiling water. Cook until thawed. Brown ground beef and onion; drain off fat. Add salt and pepper. Put rice into a 2 quart casserole. Fluff with fork; spoon ground beef over rice; top with brussel sprouts.
