Pridefloat 2014 is scheduled for Thur June 5 - Mon June 9, 2014. Entry Forms will be posted soon. Hey Pridefloaters! 17 years ago (in 1996) when I took over running Pridefloat our name was Show Me Pride Float Trip. We published our entry forms as ads in local gay magazines. We had a bad reputation in the Gay community and my first year we had only 60 floaters. I changed our name to Pridefloat, established our website, established our policies to guide us, and established a good name for Pridefloat with our outfitters and in the Gay community as dependable, honest, and good folk. We come a long way Baby! I have made many wonderful Friends over the past 17 years of running Pridefloat, however I have other things that I want to do with my vacation time in the Summer and it is time to pass the torch onto some of the other Camp Daddies. I have enjoyed making Pridefloat the success that it is today. I hope that all of things that I have worked for over the past 17 years continue on in the Pridefloats to come. I may return as a Camp Daddy helper in 2015, but in 2014 I am taking the year off.
