Welcome to the Adur Canoe Club! If you havent paddled with us before, but would like to come along to a session, take a look at our and choose a session marked as suitable for beginners. The reason not all sessions are suitable is because the tides make big changes to the water conditions. The winter months can be very cold so they are not really suitable for a first outdoor session for a complete beginner. The pool would be a better option.
