| Description: | The Recreation Department will again host a Rutgers S.A.F.E.T.Y. Class. This is the class that is required by the Township and Board of Education for volunteer coaches using their facilities to take. According to the Rutgers schedule, this will be the only offering of this class in the area so we recommend letting your coaches know of the class before they miss it and have to travel to Teaneck or Cherry Hill. Class is Thursday, March 13th at the Community Arts Center, 721 Cranbury Road in East Brunswick.Check-in is at 6:00pm and the class begins promptly at 6:15pm and runs for 3 hours. Fee is $35, payable to 'Township of East Brunswick NJ'. Coaches will get reimbursed for this class. Click here for the reimbursement form. We are also offering a CPR/AED/First Aid class on Monday, March 10th at the CAC. Fee is $25, payable to ‘Township of East Brunswick NJ’. This class certifies the participant for 2 years under the Emergency Care and Safety Institute.
