Description: A small town in upstate NY hosts pulls 2 to 3 times a year to benefit local children with medical problems. Vehicles include antique tractors, garden tractors, modifieds, and semis.
Sept. 6 and 7--fun on Friday night; ALL tractors Saturday morning; trucks Saturday night! I would like you to meet Bailey. She is 5-years old, and our child for September. She was born at 30 weeks with a large VSD and pulmonary stenosis. At 7 months, she had her first heart surgery when she received a valve replacement and her first pacemaker. She almost died when she went into liver and kidney failure. Her heart never recovered, and now she needs to have surgery again to replace the valve that is no longer functioning properly AND another valve that is failing. She needs the surgery now, but the doctor's have determined that her heart is too weak and she would not survive. So she is on medication, and is scheduled for a catherization in a couple months to see if the drugs are working.
