The Gung Fu Institute has been serving Lee County since 1992. We have a state-of-the-art facility with matted floors throughout the training area. We have three separate training areas. One of the areas is the bag and fitness area where there are approximately 20 different types of bags including double bags, speed bags, uppercut bags and many others. Grappling can be done on all floors. Our primary focus at the Gung Fu Institute is totality. We want our students to be complete physically, mentally and spiritually. The main arts taught at the Institute are Jeet Kune Do and Wing Chun.
