Toronto Dragons Rugby RFC | Downtown Toronto Rugby I just wanted to take a moment on the heels of the first executive meeting of 2014 to say that planning for the upcoming season and beyond is well under way. During the next several weeks the executive will be working to prepare a list of priorities including but not limited to on-field competitiveness, fitness, team culture, junior development and alumni relations. Accordingly, if you have something you would like to say or you would like to get involved we would love to hear from you! Openness and transparency are important parts of running any organisation and if your executive is going to do a good job of serving you we as a group are going to need to make sure we are communicating. Understanding the goals and aspirations of the club and your fellow teammates respectively will allow us to work together to achieve significant results. It should also be mentioned that given this is a team run by volunteers, perhaps you might even need to lend a hand once in a while.
