First Draft and Banquet Change to Mike Perniciaros on Hwy 90 Due to the Nereids Parade and Daytona 500 conflict we will have our first draft and payouts Feb 23rd at Mike Perniciaros on Highway 90 in Waveland. Our wives can enjoy the parade while we enjoy the race. Everyone needs to get there early and we hope to pick drivers between 11 and 11:30. The payouts for 2013 were : 1st Plae 500 2nd Place 300 10th Place 85 3rd Place 260 11th Place 80 4th Place 240 12th Place 75 5th Place 220 13th Place 70 6th Place 130 14th Place 65 7th Place 120 15th Place 60 8th Place 110 16th Place 55 9th Place 100 17th Place 50 New Records Largest Points Lead - Ricks Rockets 45 Points Most Races in First Place Six Packs - 21 races Least Points scored in one race = Ronnies Racers = 27 Points We will have the banquet or the 2014 Daytona 500 as always. Everyone will receive 2 reserved seats for the Mobile ARCA Race for two days March 21 and 22. There are races both days. We also have nine reserved parking spaces. Congratulations again to Six Packs for his Fifth Championship Rough Riders had the most Race wins this year with eight. Old No. 7 had the least wins with one. So far I think we have 1 or maybe 2 new teams for next year. I have the payouts figured out and will post soon. We have a few people owing money like always but not too bad. Since we decided to go for the better tickets for the race in Mobile , the money for the banquet is much slimmer than usual, but it will work out. Looking forward to getting this year going.
