Vermont Quarter Horse Association — Welcome to Vermont Quarter Horse Association Welcome to the Vermont Quarter Horse Association. In 1971 four people with a vision and a love of the American Quarter Horse came together in Vermont and organized what became known as Vermont Quarter Horse Association. In 1976 it was incorporated with the State of Vermont as a 501(c)7 non-profit corporation. We are dedicated to bringing together Quarter Horse enthusiasts from all over Vermont. Our members do everything from showing, dressage, and trail riding to barrel racing and team penning.
