The Fell Pony Society of North America (FPSNA) Welcome he Fell Pony Society of North America, Inc. (FPSNA), is the oldest registered Fell Pony organization in North America. FPSNA was established in 2001 with the support of the majority of Fell owners and breeders in North America. We were legally incorporated in January 2002 as a not-for-profit organization. Our mission is to promote and preserve the Fell Pony breed in North America in ways that are consistent with the rules and regulations of the Fell Pony Society (FPS) in the UK. All FPSNA breeders are members-in-good-standing with our registry, FPS, through which all of our foals are registered and stallions are licensed for breeding.
