Where: Giant Food Store - Camp Hill Spring riding season is barely around the corner so you better start getting the old body ready to ride! Wear some loose clothing and bring a mat or beach towel and Jim Mader will help you use some super simple yoga stretches to loosen up before you ride and to soothe out after. He has selected bicycling muscle specific exercises that everyone can handle. Kick off your riding season without all those aches and pains so you can ride more and more often!
