Temple B'nai Hayim, located just South of Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks, was founded in 1958. Our philosophy of Conservative Judaism links our warm, modern and vibrant synagogue of today with a rich and ancient heritage. With the greatest hope of enhancing the lives of our congregational family as well as all the people of our community, TBH responds with sensitivity to the needs of the contemporary Jewish family. Our synagogue is a tribute to the combined efforts of the many dedicated individuals and families who have, through their devotion over the years, made our dream come true. Our beautiful sanctuary provides a setting conducive to contemplation and prayer. Religious services are observed, and rites of passages are celebrated. As a social and cultural center, our facility hosts a variety of important programs as well as meetings, lectures and adult education.  We offer a preschool and a religious school, with the opportunity to become a part of our community at any age.
