Working together in the South West Welcome to the site of the South Western Synod of the United Reformed Church in the United Kingdom. We’re glad you dropped by and hope you will find something useful here. We are one of 13 synods in the United Reformed Church and are made up of 130 churches covering Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Wiltshire, Bristol and parts of Dorset, and Gloucestershire. Our synod offices are based in Norton Fitzwarren, a small village to the west of Taunton in Somerset.
