If we knew what we were doing, it wouldn't be called research, would it? Welcome to the home page of our research group. We’re a group of clinicians and scientists based at the who are interested in the neural basis of human consciousness. We use non-invasive neuroimaging techniques in combination with behavioural and psychophysical measurements plus transcranial magnetic stimulation, often using the human visual system as a model for understanding how consciousness of the environment arises from sensory stimulation.
