Eta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, an African-American Business and Professional Sorority, founded in Detroit, Michigan at Lewis College of Business in 1942, by eleven remarkable women whom decided to begin an organization to serve the needs of the African American business and professional woman, to create a place where women of color could connect, and to provide a space where the highest standards of womanhood are expressed, and share our gifts, talents and skills with each other and, ultimately the world.
