2014 Wags & Whiskers Silent Auction This is it! The 9th Annual Wags-N-Whiskers Silent Auction Website. The will host a Silent/Live Auction on August 1, 2014 to raise funds to support the needs of the animals in our care. HSEC supports each municipality in Elmore County; each municipality provides a fraction of the funds necessary to operate the Shelter facilities. Dedicated Board members, volunteers and organizations host fundraising events to help the HSEC operate successfully.
