is listed as August 5, 1964 thru May 7, 1975 when all hostility officially ceased between the United States and the Hostile Forces of Vietnam. However, American Soldiers began to die in South East Asia as early as 1957. From 1957 thru 1997, ...... 58,229 American Soldiers died and continue to die from injuries received during those " Era Years." The last addition to the casualty list was in on May 6, 1997 with the addition of 7 more Heroes. Other casualties are listed as they are removed from the " Pow / Missing in Action " lists and added to those, "Killed in Action." American Soldiers from all 50 States, The District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, The Virgin Islands, Other National Locations, and Unknown Areas account for the 58,229 American Soldiers who died during the Vietnam War. New Jersey was called home by 1,484 of the American Soldiers who died there. Warren County, New Jersey lost 24 of Her Sons to the ravages of the Vietnam War. In that context is the reason for this site. It was created to Honor and to Remember our 24 Sons.
