The Border Patrol Supervisor's Association (BPSA) is a non-profit professional organization dedicated to the advancement of: In 2008 the BPSA expanded its Legal Defense Fund (LDF) coverage to include supervisors of all rank nationwide. This organization offers our members coverage under Plan 1 of the LDF (LDF link to plan document). Plan 1 provides coverage for criminal defense, civil / EEO litigation, and representation in administrative discipline. In addition, we also provide membership in the Police Officers Research Association of California (PORAC).
