I am Colleen Calcote, great-aunt to Sara LeeAnn Tibbetts. First, I must inform you that the following story is what I and my family believe to be the true events. To date, we have not been able to find any legal representation to help us prove that the there was negligence on the part of DFS, even though the facts and events speak clearly for themselves.
