The Court overruled NameCheap's demurrer based on CDA (47 U.S.C.S. 230) immunity. to include Nadar Khazanedar, Melissa Khazanedar, Raquel Khazanedar, and NameCheap, Inc. It turns out that the names on the web site, Nauder and Melissa Khazan are not their real names, but it is really Nadar and Melissa Khazanedar. If Alivemax and Stiforp is legitimate, why would they use fake names? NameCheap was included because it owns the domain name that was advertised in some of the spam.
