The United Nations Association-Houston Chapter (UNA-HOU) is proud to be one of the oldest chapters in the nation. In 1955, Eleanor Roosevelt traveled to Houston to speak on behalf of the U.N. to the newly-formed chapter. She also presented the U.N. flag to the City of Houston.
