An updated schedule can be found We now have Certified Enrollment Counselors (CECs) that offer in-person application assistance to help you enroll in affordable health care through Covered California or Medi-Cal. We do not offer assistance over the phone, and unfortunately are not available to answer questions about an already existing application (please call Covered California directly at 800-300-1506). There is currently a wait list for assistance, but to get started, please call (510) 548-2570Â or (800) 6-CLINIC between the hours of M-F 3-9pm, Sat 11 am-5pm, Sun 4-8pm.Â
