Maryland Citizens Against State Executions | Maryland CASE Governor O'Malley has made good on his 2013 promise and included $500,000 in new funding for services for surviving families of homicide victims in his 2014-2015 budget. On a parallel track, legislation (HB355) that codifies our state's ongoing commitment to survivors of homicide victims is moving in the General Assembly. Thank the Governor for putting the money in the budget!
