The Harriet Blum Collection of Hand-Tinted Black and White Photographs Harriet Blum has lived in the New Orleans area for 40 years and has developed a recognizable style, often described as "romantic peacefulness", "ethereal" and "dreamy". She creates her art using a "tried and true" older-model Nikon camera and infrared film. She develops the film and prints the images herself, then hand-tints each original using transparent oils.
