Sally Banfill - Painting and Photography link is a new addition to my site. This is where I upload new photos and offer prints of some of my paintings. "In a highly polished, meticulous style, she places familiar "American" icons --a doll, an old pick up truck, a gas pump, a mechanical elephant -- in settings stripped bare of human or "natural" life. The result is a series of paintings that resemble animation cells, so still and confined are the elements in them."
