Over the last thirty years, we have seen the microbeer and fine wine producers go from a cottage industry to become a concern for the major players in their respective games. Washington has been there all along and is now the second largest wine producing region and the largest grower of hops in the United States. The Pacific Northwest now hosts some of the finest beers and wines made anywhere. Being located in Seattle has put us in the middle of all this growth and we have grown with it. Our close proximity to these sources allows up to offer the finest and freshest ingredients available for home wine and beermaking.
