My name is Anna Klein. After five years of creating original collectible teddy bears and selling them online worldwide, I have turned to exploring another of my lifelong passions: the portrait. I am a multi-media artist, working in watercolors, gouache, charcoal, pencil, oil, acrylic, markers, etc.--although my primary interest currently is colored pencils. I paint both illustrative and fine art portraits, both abstract and realistic, both huge and small, all of them original. While most of my work is of children, I find incredible beauty in the face at every age. The unique, the quirky, the haunted ... they call to me to capture them, free them onto paper, and let them express their individuality to you.
