n the early 80's John and I became weekend swap meet warriors looking for unusual treasures. It was so much fun anticipating what we would find each weekend. John enjoyed refurbishing old items and bringing life back into them. He couldn't wait to come home from his day job to start working on our great finds. He was totally consumed with his new hobby. After a few years we decided to quit our jobs and open an antique store. Just For Fun opened its door in 1985 in Whittier, California.
