AIAA-SEDS at The University of Wisconsin-Madison Welcome to the UW-Madison AIAA-SEDS Chapter The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) is the world's aerospace forum. Here at UW-Madison, we are active in projects, competitions and outreach to further develop our members' engineering skills and educate youth about the opportunities in the industry. In 2010 we joined the Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS) organization, and now have a joint AIAA-SEDS chapter. The addition has increased the chapter's networking capability and offers further opportunities for students interested in a career in the expanding space industry.
