NRCPD Board appoints ASLI's David Wolfenden We are pleased that NRCPD have appointed ASLI board member, David Wolfenden, to ASLI is the Association of Sign Language Interpreters in the United Kingdom. Established in 1987, our members have worked tirelessly and, for the most part, voluntarily to maintain and improve standards of service within our profession, raise awareness of sign language interpreting within the Deaf and mainstream communities and lobby government and regulatory bodies in order to achieve high levels of recognition and provision wherever possible. Â
