Humans think arithmeticly, but God thinks logarithmicly. Computational science is different from computer science. The latter is the science of computation (e.g., the invention of efficient search and sort algorithms, techniques of parallel processing, etc.). The former is the use primarily of computation, rather than of theorizing or experimentation, to attain scientific knowledge. Computational science has been made possible by the development of high-speed computers, and is still at an early stage of development.
