Many medical OEM companies utilize barbed luers with their products. One of the concerns brought to Injectech's attention is that the luer connection can be difficult to separate should they be torqued too tightly. Our wing design provides the extra surface area needed to more easily separate the female and male luers. An assortment of barb sizes and materials is available.
