All PBMC are tested for recall antigen responses; purified cell types are checked by flow cytometric analysis for enrichment of the desired cell type. Many of our donors are HLA typed. All donors are tested for blood borne pathogens and must be negative for these infections in order to participate. Donors have given informed consent and our collection protocol has been reviewed by an accredited Investigational Review Board for compliance with international standards of human research.
