MGI 5.16 - Knockout Mice Summary Deltagen and Lexicon Knockout Mice The NIH has recently announced an agreement that will allow the distribution of mutant mice and frozen embryos from two private collections of knockout mice. These stocks have been created and characterized by Deltagen Incorporated and Lexicon Genetics Incorporated. A scientific review process was used to select targeted and gene trap mutations of interest from the larger set of Deltagen and Lexicon holdings. These stocks will be available without use restrictions for academic and not-for-profit institutions.
