The Koala: Who you calling a bear? The koala is a very interesting animal.  It is usually misrepresented in the media.  These "cute and cuddly creatures" do not behave that way in the wild.  Koalas can be violent creatures.  I know that I grew up with the cute and cuddly image, and as a child the koala was my favorite animal.  As I learn more about these fascinating creatures, I realize that they are more complex than they appear.  I have thoroughly enjoyed learning more about koalas than I ever thought possible.  I hope you can learn just as much about koalas as I did.  Enjoy the site!
