Calla lilies are an immensely popular flower whose "petals" are very well known. A Flower commonly used for events like weddings and funerals, it is not only beautiful but useful. Ongoing research on the calla lily suggests that there could be more to the flower than meets the eye. But for the mean time, the image that does meet the eye is quite lovely. This site hopes to explore and celebrate the calla lily as one of the worlds most interesting and beautiful plants.
