The Western States Arts Federation (WESTAF) The ZAPP® Onsite tool, launched last winter, is already much improved, thanks to an upgrade allowing for offline capabilities. ZAPP Onsite now works with intermittent network connectivity. Adjudicators are able to load data for a festival once and then score the entire festival without connecting to the Internet again until they make final score adjustments and submit the score.
