They are organized by topic. Many of our older recordings were prepared for the Web in the early years of the Internet when phone modems and low bandwidth were quite common. These recordings are thus not processed for high bandwidth delivery and are of lower quality than more recent recordings. We will try to upgrade older recordings to higher quality soon (we are also seeking financial support to dramatically expand our on-line archive and to link to labor-related recordings on the main
