Radon and Indoor Air Quality Training | Eastern Regional Radon Training Center at Rutgers > Radon and Indoor Air Quality Training (ERRTC) NJ Radon & Indoor Air Quality Programs Founded in 1989, the Eastern Regional Radon Training Center (ERRTC) at Rutgers University is one of four Regional Radon Training Centers established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). For almost 25 years, ERRTC's service area ranged from Maine to West Virginia. In 2013, ERRTC began serving the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. To better serve the Southeast, ERRTC's team has expanded to include Jack Hughes and Jan Carrington, the popular instructor and administrative coordinator respectively, for the former Southern Regional Radon Training Center.
