Also includes innovative teaching and service-outreach methods, and efforts to influence and evaluate the impact of social policies.

The CYFC is a University-wide academic initiative comprised of 400 faculty from a range of disciplines, including human development, liberal arts, education, agriculture, and medicine. The Consortium supports and promotes novel interdisciplinary research, engagement, and education that address critical human and social issues facing children, youth, and families.
