Boy Scout Troop 719 - Dallas, Texas Our Troop is sponsored by St. Patrick's Men's Club at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Dallas, Texas. The Troop originated in 1965 and is firmly established as a solid, contributing organization both in scouting circles and in our community. We invite all boys between the ages of 11 and 18 to participate. We are an active organization with as many as six activities per month, yet we encourage all of the scouts to participate in sports and other extracurricular activities. Troop 719 is part of the North Trail District in Circle Ten Council. In line with the National Boy Scout Program, we plan and design our program and activities around the principles of:
