I thoroughly enjoy operating these old tube radio's. The old AM transmitters have a rich clear sound which is so pleasant to listen to. On 15 meters I often find hams hanging around 21,400 to 21,440 KHz calling CQ on AM and then working them with only 30 watts ouput power. Having to re-learn to use an old Vibroplex bug after using an electronic keyer for over 40 years has been a challenge, HI.
