Chinchillas4Life :: chinchilla rescue and re-homing Many thanks to everyone who helped raise over £400 for R.E.S.T. It has just been made public that a mass poisoning of vultures occurred in the northern region of Namibia. An elephant was poached for ivory & it appears the poachers poisoned the carcass so that the vultures that landed would die immediately & not alert authorities to the dead elephant.
