Description: The identification of wild flowers around Medical Lake in eastern Washington throughout the months.
elcome to our walk around the Lake. We thought it would be fun to learn to identify the various wildflowers that grow amongst our 3 Mile Walk. Last year (2002) we noticed that particular wild flowers would bloom at particular times. So we bought a digital camera--nothing fancy nor expensive--and began to photograph which wild flowers appeared when, identifying those that we could. We built this website, Susan's Nature Walk, believing that some others out there might be interested in our discovery.
