Mission: to promote the sport of scuba diving in Ontario through cultural & environmental awareness OUC's 51st Annual ICE FLOE RACE is on March 9th The 51st Ice Floe Race has been cancelled due to weather. The Otonabee River outside Peterborough, home to the race, is currently frozen. The long range forecast from Environment Canada shows that February will generally be below seasonal averages as January has been. With this forecast, the OUC Core Planning team has cancelled the race.
