ABATE (A Brotherhood Against Totalitarian Enactments) of Virginia, Inc. is a motorcyclists' rights organization dedicated to the continued preservation of freedom of the road for all motorcyclists in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We will endeavor to promote safe riding practices through rider education and public awareness programs; to involve ourselves in the legislative process, therefore giving Virginia motorcyclists a strong advocacy before state and federal legislators; to expand our membership base and promote our organization on a continual basis and to maintain a strong financial base necessary to achieve the goals of our membership.
