began in 1992 and is still going strong over 21 years later. In 1992 our subtitle was as Canada was attempting to establish itself as a country to be recognized as a quality producer of fine wines; a goal Canadian wineries and winemakers have achieved. Over the years we have seen many changes in Canada's wine industry and the website has grown along with it. In the beginning we were aware of just 28 wineries in all of Canada, today there are almost 700 ranging from the small family operation to the massive million dollar estates owned by large companies. Our website is now the leading source of information on the wines, vineyards and wineries of Canada with over 100 pages of information.
